We have experience processing claims with all major commercial carriers as well as TRICARE, Medicare, Medicaid and EAP claims. We process your claims within 24 hours of receiving claims information from you. We track the claims through AdvancedMD's billing software EDI system. This superior software has several claims scrubbers and a 95% first pass to the clearinghouse, allowing for quicker reimbursement for our clients!

We follow all aspects of HIPAA compliance. Keeping PHI as well as other personal information confidential and protected is paramount! We take the protection of sensitive information seriously! We have a secure HIPAA compliant email system and utilize a system which encrypts individual emails which contain sensitive PHI before sending them to recipients. Private information isn't ever shared with anyone except you and the client the information pertains to. 

While we typically work within the AdvancedMD (AMD) cloud-based software system, we work with clients who use other billing platforms providing an avenue where we bill all claims through AdvancedMD while they utilize their software's scheduling, EHR and demographic components.
